"first and foremost I'm a mother, in my 40's, so I understand the need not to be teetering in heels or clothed in
impractical pieces that don't suit the heat of the Middle East, by way of fabric, style and daily routine."

trained fashion designer & image stylist

Being a devotee to the learned principles of style, image and fashion design, Lynette's personal wardrobe has boasted great variety of choice. However, after years of honing her skill, coupled with a desire for less in the heat of the middle-east, has seen Lynette find ways to encapsulate real style in the simplest of casual, easy-to-wear clothing.

In her former co-owned image consultancy, SoulSyle, the dynamic duo were dubbed by the local South African media as "the local version of Trinny and Susannah."

Lynette also shares her many tips and style observations by writing regular monthly style columns for Doha's fashion and woman's titles, GLAM and Woman Today, respectively.
